The Seasons of Yes is a suite of twelve images and poems based on the four seasons, a theme I have continued to investigate for more than twenty years. Each page represents a specific month. The digital images are from The Book of Yes, an artist book consisting of 368 mixed media paintings done over a fourteen month period. I was interested to discover how closely the Yes paintings correlated with the color of the light and the landscape at the time they were done. My poetry is also often inspired by the landscape which surrounds me. It felt like a natural marriage for this most current statement about the cycles of the year.
